You may have noticed a new option on the booking page:
Advanced Massage Therapy
So what does that mean?
After nearly 30 years in practice, and over 5 years of additional training in osteopathy (along with continued education courses), I’ve shifted how I assess and treat the body.
Advanced Massage Therapy reflects that extra training.
My approach has naturally evolved—and I can’t “unlearn” that or separate it from how I treat.
I no longer look at muscles in isolation.
That recurring neck pain, low back discomfort, or “tight spot” that won’t go away is often part of a bigger pattern.
Sessions may feel a little different—more specific, sometimes slower—but the goal is the same:
longer-lasting results.
If you’ve been feeling stuck, or like your body isn’t quite resolving things the way it used to, this approach may be the missing piece.
By combining years of hands-on experience with advanced training in osteopathy, I’m able to approach your body with a broader lens, more tools, and a deeper understanding of how everything is connected.
And ultimately—help you feel better in a way that lasts.
Yours In Health,
Heather Curry, BSc., RMT, DOMP
