We are located at 564 Peel St., Woodstock, Ontario, between Willie’s Barber and Sunlife Financial, across from the church parking lot. Client parking is available in the driveway, on the street, or in the church parking lot.

No, we are by appointment only. Please use our online booking system or contact us by phone, text, or email to schedule your session.

You can book an appointment online through our booking system, which shows available time slots. Alternatively, you can contact one of us by phone or text:  for Heather 519-608-2278 or email at heather.curryrmt@gmail.com OR for Lindsay 519-694-9537 or email  corbett_lindsay@yahoo.ca.  We work independently but together at Willowhill Wellness and Massage.  This means that we each manage our own booking schedule.

Occasionally, there are cancellations that you can’t see on the schedule, and we will do our best to see if there is space in our schedule but there are no guarantees.

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on method that focuses on evaluating and enhancing the function of the craniosacral system and deep fascial system, which includes the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid surrounding your brain and spinal cord. This therapy is beneficial for pain relief, improving bodily function, and promoting overall well-being.  It was developed by an Osteopath and is a technique included in Osteopath treatments. 

Osteopathy views the body as one unit working together and takes all the moving parts into consideration during assessment and treatment. It understands the body is also inherently capable of healing and regulating itself, given the right conditions. The proper alignment of all layers of structure in a body give it the ability to function as it was designed. The motion capacity of the body is directly related to one’s ability to self-heal and regulate. Osteopathic Manual Practitioners are functional anatomists who use manual therapy to restore proper body mechanics, nerve impulses, and circulation by removing restrictions where needed.

Our prenatal massage includes Swedish techniques, with deep tissue work if necessary, to relieve muscle tension, swelling, and other discomforts associated with pregnancy. We use a special Body Cushion system that allows clients to lie comfortably on their stomach during the second trimester.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ and 48 hours notice for after 4pm or Saturday bookings if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee that can be the full payment in the busy season.

Yes, both Heather Curry and Lindsay Leduc are Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) with extensive experience. Heather has been practicing since 1997, while Lindsay has been an RMT for over 14 years.

New clients should book a “new client massage and initial consult” for 60, 75, or 90 minutes to allow time for assessment and treatment. You will receive a health history form to fill out prior to your appointment.

Yes, we offer direct billing. However, you need to know how your own coverage works since they are all different, as set up by your employer.  If it is a plan that does not direct bill, we will provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.  Some insurance coverage may say 100% coverage but they might cover only up to a certain $ amount that they have decided on per treatment or per modality.  You would then pay the difference by debit, e-transfer, cash or credit.  

Yes, we accept cash payments as well as debit cards.

For most massage sessions, you will undress to your comfort level (usually down to your underwear), and you will be fully draped with sheets during the session. For a manual Osteopath treatment or Craniosacral Therapy, please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing as this treatment is done over the clothes.  For example – stretchy pants – the Osteopath may ask you if it’s ok to work directly on your abdomen or back 

We recommend that clients come alone to ensure a calm and relaxing environment. If you need special accommodations, please contact us in advance.

Yes, we are regulated health professionals under the RHPA act and therefore it is required by law that we collect update health information yearly from all clients.  This benefits you to have a treatment that is catered specifically for you.
