Convenient Online Booking for Personalized Care
If you’d like to book a time that isn’t available on our calendar, please email us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. We are conveniently located at 564 Peel St., between Willie’s Barber and Sunlife Financial, directly across from the church parking lot. Clients can park in our driveway, on the street, or in the church parking lot.
Practitioner Availability and Scheduling Updates
Heather is available Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri with open slots listed online.
Lindsay is available Monday through Friday from 11am to 7pm, finishing at 5pm on Fridays. Open time slots are listed on the online booking page.
New Client Booking Instructions
You choose your Therapist - Heather or Lindsay. For Heather - new clients should book between 9am and 4pm. Please select "new client massage and initial consult 60 min, 75 min, or 90 min" when booking to allow time for some assessment plus treatment, you will receive a link to fill out a health history to complete prior to your appointment. Your booking will be confirmed with an email, so, please check for that. If you have not received a confirmation, please email or text us. Available times are listed online, please select the therapist and appointment length.
